Easter was so nice this year. Everyone was home and so happy to be with each other. Seamus loved the whole thing-- his Easter basket from his godmother, Aunt Caroline, hunting Maw-Maw's Easter eggs, and being with his adoring bevy of aunts, Uncle Michael and his hero, Uncle Miles. Only thing is that it goes by too fast! We went to Easter Sunday Mass at Holy Name where Fr. Paul was the celebrant, which was really special. And Mom and Dad fixed a delicious dinner, as usual-- nothing a Stevens kid loves more than BBQ steaks and mashed potatoes! Harry, the worn out Daddy with a new stressful job, took a nap while Seamus blew bubbles with Pops, Mimi and Aunt Mel on the porch. I am so blessed to have such an amazing family that is such a joy to be around!

First Crawfish Boil
Seamus had a great time at his FIRST (of many I am sure) crawfish boil, although it was pretty cold. We ended up having to eat the crawfish in the garage because it was so chilly, but everyone still had a great time. It has become a family tradition to boil crawfish each year around Easter. This was our 5th year. Harry outdid himself-- the crawfish were yummy!

New to blogging
This is a new project for me in an attempt to not only post pictures, but also share what is going on in the lives of the NOLA Hardin Family. Wish me luck!
